Wish granted, but out of nowhere Chuck Norris comes and roundhouse kicks you.

I wish that someone I know gets back from vacation (and also bought has a bazooka).

I forgot to say but the person is not a he but a she.

you level up faster (the general, overall level), but your stats remain the same

how will you put on clothes? how will you drive? how will you sleep? (because chainsaws are loud) HOW WILL YOU DO ANYTHING!?

granted, but the nanobots are gender-specific ones that are turning you into a female-machine obsessed with shopping (you have special powers that allow you to be an efficient shopper though, like strength to shove others out of the way during sales, and smarts to calculate deals and good prices)
