He may have played Frodo well but GAWD I HATE FRODO SO MUCH!

and besides, you can't say he didn't make a good frodo (his acting and stuff), just because you don't like the character. weeell...you could, but that's not what i'm trying to say.

I may be unjustly prejudiced against Frodo and Elijah Wood due to my love of Sam, and I will openly admit that here and now. That doesn't change the fact that I still hate him!

Have you seen Sam in the Animated LotR? They destroyed all that he stands for!

i haven't seen the animated....don't think i want to.

Well the animated movie is really brilliant, but they kinda destroyed Sam's character to do it. But all the awesome points he loses go straight to animated Smeagle!

It's just a review but you get the basic picture. Be warned, it's twenty minutes long.

Anyway, I actually watched the animated version a long time ago, but I remember I didn't really like it.

i haven't seen the animated version, but i can tell that i probably wouldn't like it, from the scenes showed in the review.

Oh without a doubt, it's no wonder him and Frodo are gettin' it on. You really have to expend your belief that they're a couple when you watch the animated version.

We are aren't we? Well then how about this, do you think any of the characters from the new Alice in Wonderland movie will be put into Sam's position? This means they're coolness level would be upped from 'Dribbling Moron' status to 'Actual Character' status.

I think Tweedle-Dum and Tweedle-Dee are pretty good candidates for this.

i dunno....i can't really tell from the previews. i will say, though that they have great potential to be upped (or, for any other character including these two, to be destroyed)

In order for another character to have sam's position, they'd have to be a loyal helper to Alice or another main character, and as far as I know with ALice in Wonderland characters, none of them have that role.

Yes but I meant Sam's position as a bumbling idiot in the animated version of LotR and an ever-so-awesome hobbit in the Peter Jackson version.
