GAME ARTIST
NVIDIA is adding 2 Game Artists to the St. Louis team. The ideal candidate would be someone who has high level game design and modeling experience, along with a solid understanding of work flow processes in game production.
Responsibilities:
* Preparation of demos, tutorials & bench marks
* Communicate cross functionally about current & future features of software
* Implementation of work into game engines
* Participate in effective Brainstorming Sessions
* Interface with the customers on an as needed basis
* Meet deadlines/timelines consistently
Minimum Requirements:
* BS/BA in any related field and 2 years of relevant experience
* Fluency in either 3DS Max or MAYA
* Knowledge/Experience with other modelers (i.e. XSI, ZBrush) or other rendering systems (i.e. VRay, Mental Ray, Gelato)
* Experience working with Game Engines (Unreal Engine, id Tech, etc.)
* Production experience in games and real time environments
* Basic understanding of game play physics
* Knowledge of performance concerns with real time rendering
* Experience with quickly modeling & texturing complex scenes
* Experience with character rigging, key frame and inverse kinematic animation
* Exemplary communication skills
* Team player who is highly self motivated
