1) All rules of the forums in general (standard stuff). 2) The Marketplace exists outside of normal Time and Space, so characters from all worlds and eras can meet here 3) Characters will begin in the City Streets at the Gate. Players will begin with a description of their character entering the Marketplace (it doesn't matter where from or why).
