Beneath the streets of the Marketplace resides the UnderCity. Essentially the sewers of the Markets above, the UnderCity has evolved into it's own location with its own unsavory regulars, and its own government. Anything the guards won't allow a person to sell among the streets above can be found here, for a price. The Arena lies in the center of this shadowy place.
