Code Blue

The RP section is DEAD, deader than dead, it has been dead long before the rest of the forum even went.

We need to get discussing some things to save this section or it will be her only as a relic. Lets have some ideas for any RP we might be interested in.

I think there has been a good amount of interest in Pokemon RP even if there hasn't been any actual execution of it. Any other ideas?

We could finish the RP from DC2 (the original Kéega RP).
We know the Heroes win, but we don't know how or a majority of the events that lead up to that event.
We also have to finish up the primary forum based Kéega RP (Killing Mal'Tira).
Those should be taken care of before starting new ventures.

I say we put a heavy emphasis on Kéega and the other RPs take a back burner.
Over the next 3 days I intend to recreate the RP section from the bottom up. It most definately will not be easy, but it will be done. Kéega will take priority in the new system. I will leave a section for other RPs (why promote creativity but refuse to let members create RPs?)

Seeing how those of us key to the movement of that story have fallen away I think it would be best for someone to just write out what happened after DC2 leaves off.

Heart of Heroes might still be able to be saved or re-started for the better seeing how, again, people have fallen away from it. In any event we need a driving force and goals for people to accomplish, not everyone can be a hero. ((And in that event I do know someone that is interested in playing as a villain for us but even at that we need him to have henchmen as well so it's not just one bad dude against a dozen semi-immortal god-like beings. >_>))

But putting all that aside, having an rp that is easier to respond to without having to worry about sticking to a plot would be a good thing for this section just to remind people that it is still here and kicking. I would propose some sort of RP (pokemon or not) centric around a game, book or TV series we all share an interest in.

With that said, we know Pokemon is on the table. I'm also throwing this one out there. Avatar:Last Airbender anyone?

The Tavern was supposed to be a kind of in character chat. No storyline. With the new set up, I might make it a full topic with each thread being a different room or set of rooms in the Tavern. Or we could have some kind of marketplace and each thread be a shop (I actually prefer this idea).
In this place, there is no GMed story, only the minor events created by the players. A timeless place where characters from all worlds and all times can gather, hang out, chat, and just have fun.
I'd like said place to be on Kéega, but after thinking about it, I know it wouldn't be possible.
