I The Constitution of the Gaming and Everything Eccentric Klub
1) The following articles are designed for the future stability and prosperity of the Gaming and Everything Eccentric Klub (hereafter referred to as “G.E.E.K.”)
II The Ruling Bodies
1) The ruling of G.E.E.K. shall be performed by 17 members divided into 3 groups: The Triad of 3 members; The Order of 7 members; The Council of 7 members.
2) Should G.E.E.K. fall into instability, all power held by the Triad and the Council shall be invested to the Order.
3) No member may be a part of more than 1 ruling body.
4) All ruling bodies shall be impartial in rulings. They must strive to better G.E.E.K. in all ways.
III The Triad
1) The Triad shall, at all times, consist of 3 members.
2) The Triad will act as the will of the populace of G.E.E.K.
3) Each of the 3 Primary Tris will elect a single member to act as representative on the Triad.
4) Every 3 years, a single member of the Triad will step down and be replaced. In this way, no two members shall leave their positions at the same time.
5) No 2 members of the Triad shall ever be from the same Tri.
6) The Triad will have the following duties in the ruling of G.E.E.K.
i) The approval of Codes of Conduct, and the modifications thereof, of each Tri.
ii) Insuring all Laws are for the Common Good of the populace of G.E.E.K.
iii) Insuring no Law or Code of Conduct created by a Tri conflicts with the Laws of G.E.E.K. in its entirety or this Constitution.
iv) Insuring all changes to this Constitution are for the Common Good of the populace of G.E.E.K.
v) Acting as the primary court for any and all crimes held within G.E.E.K.
IV The Tris
1) G.E.E.K. shall, at all times, be divided into Tris.
2) The 3 most populous Tris shall be represented within the Triad.
3) Each Tri will have its own Code of Conduct and Laws.
4) There will be NO war between Tris.
5) No Tri may raise an armed force of any kind.
V The Council
1) The Council shall, at all times, consist of 7 members.
2) No member of the Council shall hold office for more than 3 years.
3) When a member of the Council leaves office of their own free will or after 3 years of office, they will name a successor to take their seat from the populace of G.E.E.K.
4) When a member of the Council is removed from office or dies while in office, the remaining 6 member of the Council will select a successor from the populace of G.E.E.K.
5) The Council will have the following duties in the ruling of G.E.E.K.
i) The writing of Laws for the entirety of G.E.E.K.
ii) The commissioning and decommissioning of the Arbiters.
iii) The impeachment of any ruling member of G.E.E.K. who has been ruled guilty by honorable trial held by the Triad.
VI The Order
1) The Order shall, at all times, consist of 7 members.
2) The members of the Order will hold office until they pass away, are incapable of properly ruling as judged by the Triad, choose to step down from office, or are impeached by the combined actions of the Triad and Council.
3) When a member of the Order leaves office, the member of the Council that shares the same title will take their place. (At which point Article V, Item 3 shall be enforced)
4) The Order will have the following duties in the ruling of G.E.E.K.
i) The writing of, the modification of, and the approval of this Constitution.
ii) The full control of the Arbiters should they be created by the Council.
iii) Full control and power in the instance that G.E.E.K. ever becomes imbalanced.
iv) The power to act as Court and hold Trial above that of the Triad. This cannot be done when the offender is a member of the order.
VII The Arbiters
1) The Arbiters shall be the police force of G.E.E.K.
2) The Arbiters shall consist of members from all Tris.
3) The Arbiters can be commissioned or decommissioned by the will of the Council.
4) The Arbiters are to answer only to the Order until decommissioned.
VIII The Forums
1) The Forums shall be the haven and stronghold of G.E.E.K.
2) The Forums shall be equally controlled by all Tris under the authority of the 3 Ruling Bodies.
